IT Administrator job vacancy in Technopark, Trivandrum

• Install and configure software and hardware

• Manage network servers and technology tools

• Set up accounts and workstations

• Email configuration and support

• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements

• Troubleshoot issues and outages

• Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls

• Upgrade systems with new releases and models

• Management of network policy and group policy

Preferred skills

• Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role for 2 to 5 year.

• Experience with databases, networks, and desktop management Infrastructure architecture, windows server, Firewall, routing, DC DHCP, DNS, Networking, RAID, Basic System Troubleshooting, VPN, Routing, VLAN and Vnet, Aruba Switch

• Knowledge of system security (e.g. antivirus management) and data backup/recovery policy    management

• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms

• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude

• Excellent communication skills
