As a Sales/Customer Success Intern,

you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced sales and customer success professionals to learn about the ins and outs of the sales and customer success process.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the sales and customer success process, including lead generation, customer onboarding, and account management.
Research and identify potential customers and markets.
Participate in sales meetings and presentations to learn about the sales process and our products/services.
Assist in the creation of sales and marketing materials.
Work with the customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Support the sales team in administrative tasks, such as maintaining sales records and generating reports.

Requirements:

BTech – Computer Science freshers with Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Interest in sales, customer success, and/or marketing.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Require computer skills
