Job Title: Sales Trainer
We are seeking a Sales Trainer to join our team and help us achieve Hyundai’s KPIs. The primary role of the Sales Trainer is to provide training and development to our sales employees, get them certified, and make them productive. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating sales training programs to improve the performance of our sales team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced sales professional with excellent communication and training skills.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
*Develop and deliver sales training programs to our sales employees, including new hire training, product training, sales techniques, and customer service.
*Assess the training needs of the sales team and customize training programs accordingly.
*Work with the sales leadership team to align training initiatives and Hyundai’s KPIs.
*Conduct training sessions and workshops for individual and group training, providing feedback and coaching to sales employees.
*Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
*Work with the HR team to ensure sales employees are certified according to Hyundai’s standards and requirements.
*Collaborate with other departments to ensure the training programs are consistent with the company’s mission and values.
*Prepare and maintain training materials, documentation, and reports as required.
*Attend meetings, conferences, and seminars to stay up-to-date with the latest sales techniques and trends.
*Btech or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
*Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or sales training.
*Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
*Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales training programs.
*Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and training software.
