Field Sales Engineer – Cochin

Job Description: This position is responsible for providing technical support to our customers, and developing strong relationships with customers, sales, and product teams as a trusted advisor to facilitate solution improvements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Interaction with our customers and providing them with direct sales support.

· Marketing activities, potential client research

· Monitoring Sales Plan Vs Actual- Reviewing monthly sales.

· Identify any custom technical requirements and coordinate as necessary with the product team

· Perform client and prospect demonstrations (both virtual and in-person).

· Provide pre-sales support for new and existing customers

Job Requirements:

· High drive level and ability to be proactive.

· Willingness to travel

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Technical sales support experience.

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills; professional presentation skills; self-starter, cooperative attitude; team player.

· Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in (BE/B-tech) in the Mechanical/Electrical Field

· Languages known – Fluency in English and Malayalam is a must.
