Lead all aspects of the design cycle to translate the company’s product vision into a seamless user interface and intuitive user experience

Create a comprehensive style guide and unify the design language across all products and marketing channels to create a seamless and distinct Brand experience

Map the user flow and product journey and understand the impact of each touchpoint

Collaborate with the product and engineering team to deliver highly creative designs, wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups

Create beautiful and attractive User Interface, graphic designs, icons, etc. as per the Company’s brand and design guidelines

Regularly meet and interact with users to understand their personas and requirements

Improve conversions through design tweaks and create new features based on user feedback and usability analytics

Preferred skills

At least 4+ years of UI/UX design experience for high traffic web and app products

Should have experience in  HTML5, CSS3, MVC, Javascript, JQuery, Angular and Bootstrap

Experience consuming RESTful web services

A great design portfolio that demonstrates creative design thinking and a deep understanding of the latest UI/UX trends and practices

Ability to accurately turn Photoshop designs into responsive web pages using Bootstrap

Ability to cater for different browser types and browser resolutions

Experience of creating RTL (Right to left language) designs

Should have experience in Graphic design, Android /iOS UI design, Phone, Tablet, different form factors Wireframe, Mock-up, Android/iOS usability standards, User experience

Experience designing web views for mobile

Experience working/producing Mobile / Responsive sites

Extensive experience developing software interfaces using Adobe Suite tools (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, Invision, Zeplin

Strong visual design skills with proven ability to create beautiful responsive designs

Solid experience in UX research and usability testing

Willing to take ownership and result oriented
