As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for making sales calls, prospecting new clients, and driving business growth. Your primary focus will be on identifying potential leads, engaging with decision-makers, and presenting our range of products/services. Your ability to effectively communicate our value proposition and close deals will be key to your success in this role.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales or business development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – English & Hindi languages are preferred
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and adapt to new market trends

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients
Identify and qualify leads through research and prospecting
Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve targets
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies
Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor analysis
Provide regular reports on sales activities and achievements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Familiarity with CRM software
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
