As a QA Engineer you will be doing Hands on quality assurance our digital mobile marketing platform consisting of a modern web based app, backend processing and iOS/Android apps supporting our mobile Platform

Create test plans, test cases based upon functional and design specifications & user stories (Agile)
Execute & Review test cases and analyze and report test results to the product team
Execute functional (System, Integration, End 2 End, Smoke), system and regression
testing activities
Document software defects using a bug tracking system Jira and report defects to
software developers and other stakeholders
Test automation( Good to Have)
Performance Testing ( Good to Have)
Conduct Performance testing on our API interfaces and Messaging Platform
Participate in daily standup calls and stakeholders
Work closely with the development team to analyze, debug and resolve any issues.
Participate in product functional reviews, test specifications, documentation review
Identify, recommend and implement changes/process improvements to enhance the effectiveness of automated and manual test strategies and framework

WHAT YOU BRING

Strong communication skills – you will need to communicate clearly and proactively to deliver your projects

3+ years experience in testing – functionality, regression, use case and product testing
Fast learner, loving challenges in a fast paced product company
Super hero in creating test plans / Test Cases and finding the areas the developer
overlooked
Good Analytical and communication skills and should be able to work independently
You have an ownership culture. You own and drive your own tasks and responsibilities.
You are self organized and self driven and don’t need a manager next to you telling you
the next task.
Ability to work productively and efficiently in an Agile Environment
