Installing and configuring software, hardware and networks
Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
Experience in Basic Network Troubleshooting (LAN, WAN, WLAN etc.)
Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
Resourcefulness and problem-solving skill
Active Directory / LDAP User and Group Administration
Knowledge of core Internet and networking protocols (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP) and IP communication is required.
