Years of Experience: 2+
Onboard new customers: perform global/regional Synthia trainings (both online and on-site)
Create customer facing materials (user guides, promotion materials).
Support in solving customer requests (Pendo tutorials, global trainings, user guides, creation and management of new user accounts, support calls for the new customers, creation of synthetic pathways in Synthia for customers targets, support customers in designing synthetic pathways)
Support sales – trainings for the commercial team, participate in creating commercial materials (newsletters, commercial posts)
Candidates with Ph.D. in organic chemistry and must have broad organic chemistry knowledge.
Very good communication skills with fluency in English.
Flexible to work in European shift.
