We are looking for a highly motivated commission-based sales executive to join our digital marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads and closing sales with clients interested in our digital marketing services.

As a commission-based sales executive, you will be paid based on the orders you take, with a generous commission structure that rewards high performance. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching out to them through various channels, and building strong relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new leads and sales through cold calling, direct visits, and other marketing efforts
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
Collaborate with our marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
Develop a deep understanding of our digital marketing services and offerings
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Provide regular reports on sales performance and lead activity

Requirements:

Proven track record of sales success in the digital marketing industry. Freshers are also accepted.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
