Job Responsibilities:

·         Develop positive working relationships with clients

·         Approach positive working relationships with clients

·         Deliver policy proceeds after a claim is filed and approved

·         Explain the differences in policy specifics so clients can make informed decisions about their purchases.

·         Assist with obtaining underwriting approval

·         Respond to client’s questions and complaints

·         Follow up with clients

Education & Experience required
Any degree with a minimum one year of experience in insurance voice process is required

Required Skills:
·         Strong written & verbal communication skills (you should be excellent in English)

·         Ability to explain complex issues and concepts to customers so that they understand completely
