We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Business Development Executive Freshers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing the sales process to closure. The Business Development Executive will also play a crucial role in developing and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, emailing, and networking.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Prepare proposals and presentations to showcase the company’s products/services.
Negotiate and close deals with clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and strategies to drive sales.
Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Prior experience in sales or business development is a plus, but not required.
