Job Description:
We are looking for a driven and motivated Business Development Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products, services, and target markets
Research and identify potential new business opportunities and target clients
Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to meet sales targets and KPIs
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with other teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services
Prepare and present sales reports and analysis to the management team
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
