We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Advocate to join our dynamic team. This role is instrumental in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers by providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries, resolving issues effectively, and contributing to overall customer retention.

Responsibilities:

Provide top-notch customer service by responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns expressed by customers.
Document and escalate customer service issues as required.

of e-commerce platforms (Shopify experience is a plus).Ability to
