Customer Care Executive


Heniis is a rapidly growing e-commerce company that specialises in premium quality men’s shirts. We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Customer Support Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This includes answering customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing information about our products.


• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services.

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Continuously strive to improve the customer experience.

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues


• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Fluency in Hindi, English & Malayalam

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

• Experience in e-commerce or a related field is a plus
