Responsibilities

To support the healthcare team in providing and assisting the patient with his/her care needs in collaboration with all healthcare providers.
Answering incoming phone calls in a timely and efficient manner.
Schedules and coordinates appointments in the practice management system for patients and clinical staff.
CRO will provide information, directions and any other assistance to physicians, patient, family of the patients and vendors.

Desirables:

Must be a graduate
Experience – 1 to 10 years experience in an International BPO.
The candidate should have a good command over English language and excellent communication skills
Candidates with American accent (preferred)
Excellent telephonic skills, demonstrating professionalism, enthusiasm, competence, and friendliness.
Excellent communication skills: the ability to use verbal, written, listening and retention skills to accomplish tasks and instruct others.
Candidate must be from in and around Trivandrum location.
Must will willing to work in night shift and from office location

Work Location – Elipoode, Trivandrum
