Business Coordinator


We are looking for a Business Coordinator to join our Trivandrum Office. The ideal candidate must be smart and proactive with good communication skills.


· Supporting the sales team by contacting customers to arrange appointments.

· Follow up with customers.

· Check customer feedback.

· Handling calls, emails and messages from customers as well as related parties in professional manner.

· Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports etc.

· Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks.


· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Positive attitude.

· Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.

· Middle East working experience is an added advantage
