Position: Channel Sales Manager
Location: Kerala,India
Responsibilities:
∙Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the AV domain.
∙8+ experience as a Channel Sales Manager or in a similar role within the AV industry.
∙In-depth knowledge of AV technology, including audio systems, visual displays, video conferencing, control systems, and related solutions.
∙Identify and onboard new channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and integrators, to expand market reach.
∙Provide ongoing sales and technical training to channel partners, ensuring they have a deep
understanding of our AV products and solutions.
∙Track and analyze key sales metrics, such as revenue, sales pipeline, and partner performance, to
measure success and identify areas for improvement.
∙Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners to evaluate performance, address
concerns, and develop action plans for growth.
∙Collaborate with internal teams, including product management and customer support, to
ensure effective channel partner support and customer satisfaction.
∙Willingness to travel as required to meet with channel partners and attend industry events.
