We are seeking a talented Sales Manager to join our team in India. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our market presence within the F&B industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the premium food and beverage sector, with experience in working with distributors, retailers, and other B2B channels.
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market penetration for URJA Coconut Water in India.
Identify and establish strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other B2B channels to maximize product availability and visibility.
Actively seek out and develop new business opportunities, exploring untapped markets and potential partnerships.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing campaigns, including trade promotions and brand awareness initiatives.
Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and industry influencers.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the F&B industry, with a specific focus on premium food and beverage products.
Strong understanding of the Indian market and F&B distribution networks, with existing relationships with distributors, retailers, and B2B channels.
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret market data.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven individual.
Passion for the F&B industry and a genuine appreciation for premium, high-quality products.
