Job Responsibilities :
· Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the resources.
· Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
· Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
· Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
· Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of hardware & software.
· Reaching out to find qualified leads in the Indian business segment.
· Setup Sales demonstration and presentation appointment for qualified leads.
· Networking with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades.
· Cultivate prospects with target to generate qualified leads.
· Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
· Ability to develop and administer insightful market research protocols.
· Experience in SAAS Software sales/ Handling BFSI Customers/ Handling Government Agencies.
· High analytical and inquisitive mind to foresee and report the market trend.
· Ability to present the values of the company and products as the brand ambassador.
· Ability to effortlessly/naturally manage different types of sales cycle (from start to end) to meet sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile/Qualifications:
· Proven work experience in B2B and B2C with a demonstrable track record of sales targets.
· Prior Sales experience in Customer Experience and Queue Management solution is preferable.
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science or related field.
· Capable to close the high value business deals with a good negotiation skill.
· Existing customer relationship base specially in Healthcare and Finance sector.
· Minimum work experience of 7 years & above.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Flexible to travel all over India.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
