Business Development Manager

We are looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our healthcare solutions business. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to expand our client base, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.


#Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives

#Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare industry

#Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, insurers, and other relevant organizations

#Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats
#Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions and services to clients

#Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients

#Attend industry events and conferences to build networks and promote Stethcare Healthcare Solution’s services

#Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback

#Work closely with the leadership team to ensure the company’s growth and success.


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)

Minimum of 1 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the healthcare industry

Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing business development strategies that drive growth

Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel as needed.
