Business Development Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our real Estate and Developers Team . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in generating new business and developing relationships with key decision-maker
Responsibilities:
Identifying new markets and opportunities
Developing leads
Qualifying leads
Contacting potential clients
Building relationships with clients
Presenting the company’s products or services
Negotiating contracts
Closing deals
Tracking and reporting on sales performance
Education Qualification :
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
3+ years of experience in sales or business development
Should Have Two Wheeler with Authorized Driving License
Strong understanding of the real estate market
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
