The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

Client Identification & Sales Management.
Responsible for implementing the target through communicating the sales plan and strategy for achieving the result.
Responsible to control & coordinate the team and ensure a minimum 80% overall team target achievement.
Responsible for providing quarterly suggestions reports to the management for improving the functioning of the department.
Responsible for planning & executing strategies to improve the revenue stream of the organization.

Qualifications

Knowledge of the Industry Standards and Practices
Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduate Degree
Knowledge of Leadership Management
Minimum 8 – 15 years of service sales experience in Technical/IT Software/Digital Marketing / Branding
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
Focused and goal-oriented
