Educational Qualification – Graduate/ Post Graduate

Experience – 15-20 years of experience with expertise in handling customer grievance and resolution. handling issues raised by RBI and other statutory bodies on customer grievances issues.

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes – Hands on with all statutory and compliance guidelines under retail finance, expertise in managing the RBI officials with their queries, strong interpersonal and communication skills, logical thinking and reasoning capabilities, well versed with grievance redressal mechanisms.
