Job Description:

Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.

Crafting & Review business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.

Coordinating & working closely with technical teams to implement growth strategies.

Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.

Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements.

Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.

Basic knowledge of SEO (keyword, image optimization etc.),

Required Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work in an organized and efficient manner.

Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.

Friendly and personable demeanor.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field
